Registered Music Therapist
​Rory McKee is an HCPC registered Music Therapist who received an MA Music Therapy from ARU Cambridge - First UK University to offer MA Music Therapy. Rory was trained by the people who wrote the books that current students study. It was also The World's Leading Research Facility for Music Therapy and is now called the Cambridge Institute of Music Therapy Research. It is still World Leading.

He holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Popular Music and Recording from the University of Salford and an HND in Professional Sound and Video Technology from the University of Salford

Rory sings in the First Tenor Section of the Belfast Philharmonic Choir.
Professional Training & Experience
Rory has worked in a variety of different settings across the Special Education and Mainstream systems of Northern Ireland.
Rory achieved the designation of NMT Neurologic Music Therapist from The Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy and completed Autism Awareness training at Middletown Centre for Autism.
He completed training in MATADOC Music therapy Assessment Tool for Awareness of Disorders Of Consciousness and keeps up to date with Continuous Professional Development.
Rory has recently completed Supportive Music and Imagery (SMI) training. He has previously worked for the Tibbs Dementia Foundation and in a variety of settings and in the community with Children, Young People, Adults and Carers with conditions such as :
